The agency was founded in 2019 by Daniel Piller, who managed global media relations and global internal communication for Roche for over 12 years. Since September 2023 he is partner of Dynamics Group in Basel, a leading Swiss consulting group specializing in strategic communicaitons and public affairs (Dynamics Group). The trained economist (lic.rer.pol.) and former business editor of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung has been working as a communications consultant for many years
